text-align: justify;\">Monitors production output against standards for units produced, product quality, labor cost, employee safety, raw material yields and cost control in conformance with established standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Monitors production lines for correct machine settings for optimum performance while conforming to product Manufacturing Standard Practices (MSPs).</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in manufacturing operations, management, environmental science, or related field; or, any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the position.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">3 years&rsquo; relevant production work experience in the manufacturing industry; food processing experience required.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">1 years&rsquo; experience supervising a large group of employees, preferably in a union environment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
