This includes general management, cost accounting, payables/receivables, payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Senior Manufacturing Controller will monitor plants operations, prepare financial reports, and lead the budgeting process. The role is a matrix level position with dual responsibilities towards Finance &amp; Operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Overall financial leadership and accountability for Weatherford</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coach, upgrade, and stabilize the plant controlling function.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Financial right-hand to the plant manager</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Discipline and cadence owner for financial-operations reviews</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Risk, controls and governance lead for Weatherford</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain collaborative and trustful relationship with all budget owners and Executive Leaders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead to ensure accuracy and reflect current market conditions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and analyze cost variances and operational performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in inventory management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise and manage 1 Plant Controller/Cost Accountant.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform frequent walk-throughs of the local manufacturing sites to address production and costing issues.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in economics, Finance or equivalent by experience.
