Compensation is negotiable and based on experience</strong>.</p><p>Hourly Rate: $18.50-19.50</p><p><strong>PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all equipment is working properly</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Unload waste from incoming vehicles</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Scan waste into the NavuSoft system for proper record keeping purposes</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Load autoclave bins with waste for processing</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Place re-usable containers on the tub wash line for decontamination</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate tub wash unit ensuring the wash unit is operating properly</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Remove clean tubs from the wash unit, inspect tubs and stack for loading onto assigned vehicle for re-use</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate tub wash sprayer for oversized reusable tubs ensuring the unit is operating properly, inspect tubs and stack for loading onto an assigned vehicle for re-use</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Decontaminate vehicles cargo-carrying portion, reloads assigned re-usable tubs and ensure a cargo-carrying portion of the vehicle does not have free liquid on the floor</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Inform the plant supervisor the vehicle is ready to be moved from the dock area</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure housekeeping issues, e.g., spills cleaned up, the floor is dry, and debris not on the floor, etc., are addressed immediately</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in other areas of the plant operation as directed</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Pull order to load supplies unto trucks for next day service</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Help keep inventory supply in order</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Other tasks and responsibilities as needed or assigned</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manufacturing experience preferred</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Forklift experience preferred</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>2-4 years of lead supervisor experience preferred</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Pleasant demeanor with other employees, customers, vendors, and regulators</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Quickly adapt to changing business demands</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Quickly grasp and adapt to new tasks and protocols</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Additional hours as job duties demand</p><p><br></p><p><strong>TRAVEL - OTHER</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must have a current, valid driver&#39;s license</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Able to be insurable under our company&#39;s liability insurance policy</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
