We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Catering Service Worker &amp; Driver to manage the end-to-end logistics of our corporate and event catering operations. You will be responsible for the safe transit of food, organizing venue setups, and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. This role requires independent judgment, adherence to strict timelines, and compliance with all food and physical safety protocols.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Transport &amp; Logistics: Safely operate company cargo vehicles to transport food carts, hot cambros, and event equipment to client locations in variable weather conditions. Maintain driver logs and schedule maintenance as required.&#xa0;</li><li>Setup Execution: Review and execute events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Load and unload vehicles, position food displays in a logical, professional manner, and verify that all service ware and condiments are present.&#xa0;</li><li>Breakdown &amp; Strike: Promptly clear and transport dirty dishes, linens, and empty equipment back to the transport vehicle at the conclusion of the event.&#xa0;</li><li>Sanitation &amp; Kitchen Support: Perform dishwashing duties using industrial machinery, sanitize catering crates, deep clean food prep areas, and organize stock to ensure a safe, healthy workspace.&#xa0;</li><li>Compliance: Adhere strictly to Sodexo, client, and regulatory food handling and physical safety policies at all times.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
