In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients, project teams, and trades to ensure every aspect—from safety and scheduling to quality and execution—comes together seamlessly. Our work spans cutting-edge sectors such as <strong>Healthcare, Higher Education, Data Centers, and Life Sciences</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>As a Superintendent with Danis you’ll receive:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Compensation:</strong> Annual merit increases and bonuses.</p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Health and Dental Insurance: </strong>For you and your family.</p>\n<p><strong>Coverage for the Unexpected:</strong> Including Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance.</p>\n<p><strong>Secure Your Future:</strong> A 401K Plan to help you plan for your retirement.</p>\n<p><strong>Work-Life Balance:</strong> Generous Vacation/PTO.</p>\n<p><strong>Opportunity To Give Back:</strong> Constructing Hope, our community outreach program.</p>\n<p><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Danis University has 45 different training programs.</p>\n<p><strong>Financial Flexibility:</strong> Access to a Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account.</p>\n<p><strong>Share in Our Success:</strong> Profit Sharing, because we believe in rewarding your dedication.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all on-site construction activities to meet design specifications, timelines, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.</li>\n <li>Act as the primary liaison with client reps, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Supervise craft workers and subcontractors as needed.</li>\n <li>Approve personnel actions, field purchases, and RFIs.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance including interpretation of plans, construction methods, and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Support the PM team in developing and implementing project workflows and standards.</li>\n <li>Enforce compliance with company procedures, safety programs, and quality guidelines.</li>\n <li>Document and report violations, recommend corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Drive craft productivity and optimal use of labor, materials, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Oversee foremen and trade crews, plan schedules, and monitor hours.</li>\n <li>Coordinate manpower allocation with Tradesman Coordinator for self-perform work.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other contractors to align workflows.</li>\n <li>Resolve field issues such as productivity gaps or constructability challenges.</li>\n <li>Participate in preconstruction activities and complete assignments from leadership.</li>\n <li>Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with the entire project team to ensure success.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Involvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engage in professional development via Danis University.</li>\n <li>Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.</li>\n <li>Share insights and ideas during meetings.</li>\n <li>Participate in recruiting processes when requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deep knowledge of construction processes, tools, equipment, and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in blueprint/spec reading, MS Project, Outlook, BIM360, and Bluebeam.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 5+ years as a Superintendent in general contracting or CM-at-risk settings.</li>\n <li>Sector-specific experience in <strong>Healthcare, Higher Education, Data Centers, or Life Sciences.</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in new builds, renovations, and fit-outs valued between $5M–$50M.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with self-perform trades including demolition, structural concrete, framing, drywall, ceilings, and specialties.</li>\n <li>OSHA certification preferred.</li>\n <li>Solid and stable work history.</li>\n <li>Track record of profitable project execution.</li>\n <li>Experience in preconstruction is a plus.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications, accreditations, or licenses are welcomed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>Climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders; Use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects and materials; Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively to meet the physical demands of our industry. Stand or walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for long periods of time.
