HR Generalist – Remote with preference for North Dakota residents Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota Salary: Based on experience; starting at $50,000 About the Role Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This role helps drive key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave tracking, compliance support, and employee records management. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a highly organized HR professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1–2 years of Human Resources experience preferred Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Preferred proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Valid driver’s license and ability to travel minimally as needed About Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota serves communities across all 53 counties, providing life-changing opportunities for individuals and families.
