This role is responsible for managing program operations, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to justice-involved individuals. The coordinator plays a key role in program development, community collaboration, and continuous quality improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Coordinate the day-to-day operations and overall management of the Recovery Court program.</p><p>· Ensure program compliance with All Rise Recovery Court best practices, grant requirements, and state/federal regulations.</p><p>· Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including court personnel, attorneys, therapists, probation officers, and community partners.</p><p>· Facilitate regular team meetings, case discussions, and program planning sessions.</p><p>· Supervise, train, and support Recovery Court Case Managers.</p><p>· Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of program staff.</p><p>· Monitor program outcomes through data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.</p><p>· Prepare and submit required reports in compliance with grant and contract requirements.</p><p>· Develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with leadership.</p><p>· Serve as liaison to the Recovery Court steering committee and support fundraising and community engagement efforts.</p><p>· Coordinate referrals and ensure clients have access to appropriate services, including housing resources.</p><p>· Collaborate with internal clinical teams to ensure delivery of evidence-based treatment services.</p><p>· Maintain adherence to agency policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.</p><p>· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required.</p><p>· 3–5 years of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or justice-involved services.</p><p>· Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.</p><p>· Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of community resources and service systems.</p><p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking/reporting systems.</p><p>· Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Work for Us</strong></p><p>We are looking for collaborative, curious individuals with a \"can do\" mentality to join our team of compassionate employees!
