This role requires to be fluent in Dutch and English and legal and regulatory Knowledge of the Belgium market.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Your responsibilities will be as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of legal matters that may arise;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents relating to the insurance contracts and partners;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal matters and mitigate risks;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the insurance sector;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Handle complaints, legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsels;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Legal Counsel?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have a Belgian Master’s degree in Law and have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the legal sector;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have Knowledge of the Belgium/ Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have good communication skills (written and oral) in both English and Dutch.
