Our goals and ambition have helped us to become one of the emerging leaders in the logistics/importing industry.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: </strong><p>•    Maintain and update carrier information in the database.</p><p>•    Update and manage vendor contract information in FreightStream.</p><p>•    Gather, review, and update rate requests in internal systems.</p><p>•    Assist in the analysis and evaluation of vendors based on market conditions, service quality, and pricing.</p><p>•    Compare rates across trucking providers to ensure competitive pricing for customers.</p><p>•    Maintain and update tariff databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of pricing information.</p><p>•    Ensure timely updates of new and revised rates in internal systems.</p><p>•    Collaborate daily with Traffic, Sales, and Pricing teams to support pricing needs.<strong>​​​​ </strong></p><strong>​​​​​</strong>•    Generate reports and analyze market trends to support decision-making.<br><br><b>Who you are:</b><ul><li>You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience (pricing experience is a plus).</li><li>Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.</li><li>You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.</li><li>Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency and remain paying attention to details.</li><li>Advanced English level is a must.</li></ul><strong>Work Schedule</strong><ul><li>GDL Office 8:00AM-5:00PM / 9:00AM-6:00PM CST</li></ul><b>Perks & Benefits of OEC Group</b><ul><li>Law benefits</li></ul>After successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
