Y ou’ll use the borin g techni qu e to e nlarge existing holes to precise measurements and surface finish requirements. %0A %0A %0A Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): %0A %0A %0A %0A Machine Set Up : Prepare and operate boring mills to perform precise machining tasks, using standard tools and equipment to ensure high-quality work %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Problem Solving : Improvise and alter equipment as needed to complete specific tasks, showing resourcefulness and creativity %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Manage Tools and Equipment : Choose and adjust the right tools and fixtures to make sure operations run smoothly and efficiently %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Perform Machining Tasks : Set the correct speeds and feeds for each job, while selecting and fine-tuning cutting tools for the best results %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Check Measurements : Use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure all parts are accurate and meet quality standards %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Work as a Team : Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate tasks and share ideas, helping to create a supportive and efficient work environment %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A What you need to be successful: %0A %0A %0A %0A A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required . %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A 3-5 years experience working directly related machine equipment is required %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Experience on a boring mill is required within these 3-5 years of experience %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Skills including blueprint reading, advanced shop math, and use of precision measuring instruments is required %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Why join us? %0A %0A %0A Your success is our success.
