This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in housekeeping operations through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and continuous coaching.</p>\n<p>This position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/SOCs), reinforcing safety and service standards, and partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:</strong> Black Desert Resort<strong>Shift & Schedule Availability:</strong> Year-Round / Full-Time<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $21.00 – $23.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Develop, write, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/SOCs) for all housekeeping functions.</li>\n <li>Ensure all training materials reflect current resort standards, safety guidelines, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrations, and shadowing opportunities across all shifts.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with the People Services Culture and Care Manager to develop and execute training strategies, onboarding programs, and ongoing team development initiatives that support resort culture and operational standards.</li>\n <li>Evaluate employee performance during and after training, providing feedback and follow-up support.</li>\n <li>Partner with housekeeping leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.</li>\n <li>Maintain training records, checklists, and completion tracking for all team members.</li>\n <li>Reinforce proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Support quality assurance efforts through spot checks, audits, and inspections.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with supervisors and inspectors to ensure alignment between training and operational standards.</li>\n <li>Stay current on industry trends, cleaning techniques, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist operationally during peak periods to support housekeeping teams.</li>\n <li>Participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium cleanliness and service standards.</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods or staffing challenges, including cleaning guest rooms, conducting inspections, and assisting in public areas to maintain service levels and cleanliness standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.</li>\n <li>Previous training, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, procedures, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and coaching skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and documentation abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to train across multiple shifts and adapt to varying schedules.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety procedures, chemical handling, and cleaning best practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#blackdesertresort</p>",
