          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Truck &amp; Coach Technician</strong>, you play a key role on our team. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing trucks and trailers, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure safe, reliable performance. Your work will be completed to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.</p><p>Take pride in representing our team in uniform while working in a fast-paced, engaging environment. This position offers an hourly wage of <strong>$32.45 to $35.50</strong>, based on experience.</p><p>We also offer a comprehensive and flexible group insurance program from day one, including health, prescription drugs, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability coverage. In addition, we provide a retirement savings plan, a competitive vacation policy, and much more.</p><p>Looking for experienced technicians who:</p><ul><li>Inspect vehicles to identify required safety and service work.</li><li>Perform brake, safety, and preventative maintenance inspections, including road tests.</li><li>Complete and document work orders accurately.</li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships and a clean, safe work environment.</li><li>Follow all Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain required tools and report to the Foreman and Service Managers.</li></ul>",
