The construction jobsite is between Forks, WA and Oil City, WA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is for you if you enjoy:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing physically intensive work safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Working as a member of a team to achieve a common goal</li>\n<li>Being outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In this role you will be:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on a TEMPORARY basis for approximately 8-12 weeks. Hours may vary, but mostly full-time, possibly overtime (overtime paid at 1.5x). Hours may vary significantly by day or week in accordance with project needs. Work ends upon the completion of the project or if expectations for safety, speed, attitude, etc. are not met.</li>\n<li>Working hard, working safely, and maintaining a positive attitude!</li>\n<li>Working outdoors in the summer – (taking responsibility to practice heat safety strategies)</li>\n<li>Working on a small team to install a culvert – operating heavy equipment of various sizes and types, including excavators, dozers, and rollers; utilizing hand and power tools.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of an amazing team with supportive and fun coworkers!</li>\n<li>AMAZING PAY! This temporary position is for a federally funded project that pays Davis-Bacon wages for all on-site work. Pay range is $52.86-$88.24/hour and varies by task. Any minimal amount of off-site work (i.e. new hire paperwork) is paid at a rate of $20/hour.</li>\n<li>Employer provides all major tools/equipment.</li>\n<li>Max 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) so you can enjoy your summer weekends!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>18+ years old and legally authorized for work in the U.S.A.</li>\n<li>Previous heavy equipment operating experience</li>\n<li>Ability to work in all weather conditions and safely pick up more than 50 lbs on a regular basis</li>\n<li>Safety-minded with a positive attitude and strong work-ethic</li>\n<li>Reliable vehicle (clean driving record preferred)</li>\n<li>Smart phone required</li>\n<li>Reliable attendance (housing not provided; temporary hires must have their own lodging within a reasonable commute of the jobsite for the duration of the project).</li>\n<li>Availability from 6:30am-6:30pm Mondays through Thursdays is required from July through September.
