Work includes conceiving, designing and maintaining reports or data files to meet requirements by translating vendor or user specifications.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<strong>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)</strong>  \n<li>Analyzes vendor or user specifications and develops data files and reporting solutions to meet those requirements.</li> \n<li>Reviews report with requester to validate data.</li> \n<li>Works with Epic technical support personnel to ensure the clarity database is continuously reliable, available, and functions as required.</li> \n<li>Ensures that routine data feeds to other systems, government agencies, and outside vendors are extracted and delivered on a timely basis.</li> \n<li>Use Business Objects software to automate reports and data routing to appropriate entities and users.</li> \n<li>Reviews Epic upgrade notes and makes sure appropriate modifications are made to the clarity tables, reports, and data files as needed.</li> \n<li>Works effectively with customers to learn specific design requirements.</li> \n<li>Ensures appropriate documentation is entered, updated, and maintained in the organization's ticketing system for all report requests.</li> \n<li>Writes, corrects and makes modifications to existing reports and data files, based on user requirements/specifications.</li> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)</strong>\n<ul>\n <strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong>\n <li>Must be highly motivated and exhibit the interpersonal skills necessary to achieve results through coordinating efforts with others in a collaborative manner. </li>\n <li>Team player and �can-do� attitude. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to use cognitive reasoning to analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems. </li>\n <li>Attention to detail, without losing focus on the overall objective and goal. </li>\n <li>Must be highly organized and analytical. </li>\n <li>Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and people skills. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently/minimal supervision to solve problems. </li>\n <li>Must be able to deal with stressful situations effectively. </li>\n <li>Must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and end-users. </li>\n <li>Must achieve at least one Epic Clarity Data Model within 6 months of hire. </li>\n <li>Must maintain Epic Certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>EDUCATION</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Computer Science Preferred </li>\n <li>Associates Information Technology Preferred </li>\n <li>Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL or Business Objects Software is preferred. </li>\n <li>Experience with Epic Clarity Module is preferred. </li>\n <li>2 Information Technology Preferred</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR</strong> Meets the Standards of Behavior as outlined in Personnel Policy and Procedure #1, Employee Relations Code. \n<strong>CONFIDENTIALITY/HIPAA/CORPORATE COMPLIANCE</strong> Demonstrates knowledge of procedures for protecting and maintaining security, confidentiality and integrity of employee, patient, family, organizational and other medical information.
