    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Producer/Board Operator</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Department:</strong> <strong>Programming</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reporting To: </strong> <strong>Brand Manager</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: </strong> <strong>Part -Time</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location(s): </strong> <strong>Atlanta, G.A.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Arrangement: On-Site</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Audacy Atlanta is looking for a talented individual to join our staff as Part Time Producer/Board Operator.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs</li>\n <li>Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.</li>\n <li>Work the board to produce shows and on-site broadcasts.</li>\n <li>May be required to perform light production work.</li>\n <li>Show prep for all the assigned radio show</li>\n <li>Post on social media for the assigned show</li>\n <li>Other duties as required by management.</li>\n <li>Ability to book guests for the assigned show</li>\n <li>Work with the Brand Manager/Program Director on the direction of the assigned show</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>More About You:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>All employees must bring a positive, cooperative attitude and efficiently and expertly perform assigned duties.</li>\n <li>Represent Audacy and our radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner.</li>\n <li>The ideal candidate should be energetic, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li>\n <li>Experience is helpful but optional.</li>\n <li>IT and social networking skills are helpful.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
