    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Bar Host (Anfitrión del Bar)</p>\r\n<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in\r\ncompliance with all Company and health department standards and\r\npolicies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation,\r\nWildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assigned\r\noutlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work\r\nenvironment. Responsible for processing transactions using the Company's\r\nP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Ensure that the\r\nbar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate\r\neffectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming\r\nRegistration. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Must have cash handling\r\nexperience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses,\r\nbrand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda,\r\njuice and liquor guns.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Descripción:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Prepara y sirve bebidas a los Huéspedes y meseros de acuerdo con\r\ntodos los estándares y políticas de la Compañía y del departamento de\r\nsalud. Es responsable de procesar transacciones utilizando el sistema\r\nP.O.S. de la Compañía y es responsable de cualquier variación de\r\nefectivo. Mantiene el bar completamente abastecido, sin excedentes de\r\nproductos o escasez.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Calificaciones:</strong></p>\r\n<p>El requisito de edad mínima es de 21 años.
