This role works collaboratively with project management, finance, estimating, scheduling, and risk teams to ensure accurate program reporting, cost visibility, and successful project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nWhat You Will Do&nbsp;&ndash; Essential Responsibilities\\n\\n\\n\\tUtilize project management information systems (PMIS) and related tools to review project cost and contract performance and identify variances, trends, and risks across capital programs.\\n\\tDevelop and maintain programmatic policies, procedures, dashboards, and reporting tools to support effective cost controls and program transparency.\\n\\tPerform independent analysis of project cost and contract performance throughout the project lifecycle, including budgeting, invoice review, forecasting, progress reporting, resource tracking, and project closeout.\\n\\tAssist with development and administration of program and project budgets.\\n\\tCollaborate with project teams and risk management staff to evaluate and report project and program-level risks.\\n\\tSupport development of tools and standardized practices for cost recording, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.\\n\\tProvide guidance and mentorship to junior controls and cost engineering staff.\\n\\tCoordinate with finance, estimating, and project controls teams regarding capitalization, forecasting, and expenditure reporting.\\n\\tSupport internal and external audit efforts related to project controls, financial reporting, and program compliance.\\n\\tPrepare executive-level reports and presentations related to project performance, cost status, and program metrics.\\n\\tCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project management, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction management personnel.\\n\\tMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting records in accordance with program standards and contractual requirements.\\n\\tRegularly monitor project progress and identify potential cost or schedule impacts.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nSecondary Responsibilities\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n\\n\\tCompletes special projects on an as-needed basis.\\n\\tSupports continuous improvement initiatives related to project controls processes and reporting tools.\\n\\tMaintains professional development through continuing education, professional organization memberships, and certification achievement.\\n\\tWorks proactively to identify innovative solutions and process improvements.\\n\\tOther duties as assigned.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nQualifications and Requirements\\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.\\n\\tMaster&rsquo;s degree preferred.\\n\\tMinimum 15 years of project controls experience, preferably supporting large-scale aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public works programs.\\n\\tExperience supporting multi-million-dollar capital construction projects required.\\n\\tExperience with large-scale alternative delivery projects strongly preferred, including Design-Build, CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, or similar delivery methods.\\n\\tDemonstrated success managing complex project controls functions in fast-paced environments.\\n\\tStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\\n\\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to technical and executive-level audiences.\\n\\tAbility to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams.\\n\\tExperience in additional project controls disciplines such as scheduling, estimating, forecasting, or risk management is strongly desired.\\n\\tSelf-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\\n\\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management information systems.\\n\\tExperience with PMWeb or similar PMIS platforms preferred.\\n\\tFamiliarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software preferred.\\n\\tExperience with Adobe Acrobat required.\\n\\tProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, AACE, LEED, PMISP, or related credentials are advantageous.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nGafcon PM-CM LLC reserves the right to periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on the requirements of the organization and/or your performance.&nbsp;As a condition of employment Gafcon PM-CM LLC will require proof of your legal ability to work in the United States and conduct a background check.\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nBenefits Overview\\n\\nAt Gafcon, we know that our people are our greatest asset.
