    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>HarborWalk Village Outdoor Maintenance-Common Area Cleaner</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: HarborWalk Village Outdoor Common Area Cleaner</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports To:</strong> Outdoor Maintenance Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The HarborWalk Village Outdoor Maintenance-Common Area Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness of all outside common areas, and outside businesses located at the HarborWalk Village. This role may include a variety of additional cleaning tasks based on business needs.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">On multiple occasions throughout the day, clean the public restrooms to include mopping, sweeping, toilet, sinks, and trash cans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep bathrooms stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and cleaning supplies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sweep and mop outside common areas to include elevator landings, 2R and Grande staircase.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sweep/pick up trash in Village areas where assigned, to include picking up trash and debris in flower beds.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">On multiple occasions throughout the day, pull trash cans and wipe them down.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">On multiple occasions pull dumpsters from various locations/restaurants throughout the Village and take them to the compactors located outside of Coyote Ugly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sweep/pick up trash in all parking lots and parking garage &ndash; empty all trash cans and wipe them down.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean windows and doors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wipe down tables, chairs, and benches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hose the Charter area daily in front of all food trucks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hose down L dock and grey dock of all bird droppings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean interior of trash cans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check dog clean-up bag stations and refill bags as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pull dumpsters from restaurants and unload them into compactor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean/sweep under all dumpsters and dumpster areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sweep and pick up trash in all staircases within the Village and parking garage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If assigned a motorized cart &ndash; do inspection on equipment before and after use.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stock and maintain all cleaning carts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Repair/replace toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend shift change meetings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report any and all issues such as leaks, stains, or damage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with confidence. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and Experience Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required. Previous janitorial experience a plus.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be a self-starter and show initiative.
