Demonstrates ability to improve through training.</p><p><strong>Skills: &nbsp;</strong>Build great relationships with guest and co-workers through great communication and follow through.</p><p><strong>Work Schedule: &nbsp;</strong>Full time &amp; Part time employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reporting Relationships:&nbsp;</strong>Reports to the Site Manager.</p><p><strong>Working and Environmental Conditions: &nbsp;</strong>Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors. &nbsp;Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, and cleaning solvents (ex. dust, fumes, and gases.) &nbsp;Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions (ex. heat, cold, humidity). &nbsp;Some noise and vibration exposure.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands: &nbsp;</strong>Must have the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. &nbsp;Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. &nbsp;Ability to operate all related equipment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>BLISS Car Wash is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
