This work will help us improve the timeliness and productivity of completing point files on job sites to achieve construction timelines for CAD and for commercial building projects overall. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Execute on the needed tasks of finding/marking points for locating pipe and duct.</span></li>\n<li><span>Safely and frequently handle bulky equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage and store equipment to prevent damage.</span></li>\n<li><span>Creating/downloading/uploading files.</span></li>\n<li><span>Commute to various job site locations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility </span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate with CAD, Field Foreman, and Project Managers on project point file status and issues.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (competencies required for job performance)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced Excel skill set utilization.</span></li>\n<li><span>MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook) basic knowledge required.</span></li>\n<li><span>User experience in CAD (Revit) or other prominent business systems preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Outstanding communication skills (phone, e-mail, video conference, and in person) required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Well-developed organizational skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Prior work experience and educational requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior work experience on commercial construction sites preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Physical Demands </span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>The physical demands are those of a typical construction site, including some field travel:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A</span><span>bility to lift 50 lbs. as necessary when performing necessary duties </span></li>\n<li><span>Work from heights (ladder access and usage) </span></li>\n<li><span>Work outside during all types of weather</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>NOTE:  This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
