      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (minimum 4+ years of people management experience required)</li>\n<li>Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and operations of enterprise data integration</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Product, Salesforce, ERP, Operations, and Business stakeholders</li>\n<li>Own data integration built using MuleSoft and Salesforce Data integration Services</li>\n<li>Design, deliver, and maintain data integration between Salesforce and downstream systems</li>\n<li>Serve as a technical leader for complex data integration patterns, including API and file-based solutions</li>\n<li>Ensure data integration is secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards</li>\n<li>Own the entire lifecycle of SFTP-based data integration including: SFTP file transfers, Custom SFTP data integration development, Scheduling, automation, and monitoring</li>\n<li>Define and manage robust SFTP error handling and recovery strategies</li>\n<li>Implement operational visibility, alerting, and remediation processes for file-based data integration</li>\n<li>Act as escalation point for high impact data integration failures</li>\n<li>Lead data integration between Salesforce and ERP platforms (experience strongly preferred)</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure data consistency and reliability across systems</li>\n<li>Support both real-time and batch-based data integration use cases</li>\n<li>Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking, backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, and release coordination</li>\n<li>Use ConnectWise for service management, incident tracking, and operational workflows</li>\n<li>Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reports for data integration, reliability and performance</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and root cause analysis</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n</ul></div>"
