Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass-merchandisers, as well as foodservice and export, U.S. military, and private label business.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Weighs incoming bulk materials, milk, sugar, oil, etc.</li>\n <li>Understand and executes milk, sugar, and oil receiving.</li>\n <li>Execute mobile or paper manifest.</li>\n <li>Checks trucks seals ID and compares with manifest to assure accuracy.</li>\n <li>Opens the truck top door and visually checks for milk color, foreign objects, and foam excess.</li>\n <li>Performs milk agitation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for collecting samples for incoming inspection and for laboratory.</li>\n <li>Maintain proper chart recording system.</li>\n <li>Understand and perform quality testing. Performs milk testing for acidity, body fat, PH, and antibiotics.</li>\n <li>Unloads milk into silos once satisfactory results are obtained.</li>\n <li>Hooks-up piping and hoses as needed.</li>\n <li>Performs tritation test to review correct milk concentration and composition.</li>\n <li>Creates wash tags with seals and closes the truck.</li>\n <li>Responsible for filling and completion of daily milk log, DFA, lab, and charm samples forms.</li>\n <li>Performs cleaning/sanitation process (CIP) for raw silos, lines and tankers to ensure requirements are met and maintains equipment clean always following established procedures.</li>\n <li>Understand and can perform cream loadouts.</li>\n <li>Performs Clean in Place (CILs) in Redzone as assigned.</li>\n <li>Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety rules & procedures and ensures safety of others.</li>\n <li>Follow all food safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Follows all environmental protocols as applicable.</li>\n <li>Performs any other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of a High School Diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>The ability to <strong>communicate</strong> and take directions effectively and efficiently in the <strong>English language</strong>, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>1-year of process receiving experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Proven problem-solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinery.</li>\n <li><strong>Basic computer and tablet skills</strong>, including familiarity with common applications and internet use.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.</li>\n <li>Experience with GMP’s, HACCP, and Food Safety requirements preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
