We are currently recruiting to fill the following position:\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>PRIDE Industries</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description</strong> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job:</strong>Work Force Inclusion Instructor</p>\n<p><strong>Job Code:</strong> AA015 - PR-WrkfIncl Instructor</p>\n<p><strong>HR Title Group:</strong> Workforce Inclusion</p>\n<p><strong>Salary Grade: </strong>N15</p>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status:</strong> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><strong>Approval Date:</strong> August 2022</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISES:</strong> </p>\n<p>There are no direct reports with this position. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:  </strong> </p>\n<p> The Instructor provides life skills coaching and training to individuals with disabilities to foster independence in day-to-day living and community engagement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL DUTIES: </strong> </p>1. *Coach and train individuals with life skills on how to engage and effectively communicate with others 2. *Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with the support team to communicate progress towards goal(s) 3. *Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies 4. *Serve as an advocate to clarify information and diffuse conflict or disputes 5. Performs duties and special projects as assigned \n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>* </strong>Denotes Essential Job Function </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </p>•Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software•Ability to communicate effectively, including listening, verbal, and written•Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division•Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility•Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</strong> </p>\n<p>High School Diploma or GED</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: </strong> </p>\n<p>The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CPR/First Aid</p>\n<p>Valid Driver's License</p>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </strong> </p>Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: •Viewing computer screen/monitor•Keyboarding•Maneuvering to and around the worksite•Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching•Lifting to 30 pounds•Transporting to various locations within customer site(s)\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT: </strong> </p>\n<p>Work is performed in a variety of locations in a business office, customer worksite, and community environments.
