          "text": "<p>Position: Program Manager Tech 4<br />Location: Redmond, WA<br />Job Type: Contract<br /><br />Description: Seeking a Technical Project Manager with an extensive Management Experience for an opportunity in Redmond, WA.<br /><br />Roles and Responsibilities:<br /><br />•    Familiar with the Office marketing org.<br />•    Project is to help develop the plan and roll out new branding for Office by Envision in Feb.<br />•    Scope is in marketing channels only, not in product, however, we need help scoping the fringe channels, i.e. support, RM, social, operations, etc. via a broader v-team to be kicked off the week of 9/19<br />•    Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery.     <br />•    Interface with clients on technical and business issues. <br />•    Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. <br />•    Provide Product Managers &amp; Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. <br />•    Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. <br />•    Provide program/project schedules and status reports.<br /><br />Skills Required:<br /><br />•    Lead a high profile Microsoft project that crosses over multiple engineering and marketing departments.<br />•    7-10 years of overall PM experience.<br />•    Recent Microsoft experience is a must within the last year<br /><br />Qualifications:<br /><br />•    Microsoft Experience is required, experience previously (managing at least 1 large project at Microsoft within the last 5 years) is mandatory. <br />•    Across engineering and marketing and operations is ideal. <br />•    Degree/Certification - PMI or PMP certifications are a plus <br />•    More important to have the Microsoft high level experience<br />•    Best candidate understands how to build a team, lead a team, and motivate a team.<br /></p>",
