This person will leverage existing industry knowledge to increase the bottom line of the parlor. The Parlor Supervisor creates sales strategies to identify prospective opportunities and boost revenue. Executes on this strategy, builds and maintains a healthy and growing funnel of potential opportunities. Manages the funnel to ensure the effective progression of opportunities across the sales cycles and is driving the bottom line while meeting labor and CoGs targets.&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li><strong>Drives for Results</strong>: Focuses energy on high return and profitable opportunities. Executes against the plan, adjusting as appropriate or as the business climate dictates. Takes initiative to work independently with a vision of the end state in mind. Perseveres in the face of obstacles.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Solution Knowledge:</strong> Has a broad understanding of all solutions in the Food/Restaurant Industry and is able to effectively articulate the business value of each in ways that resonate with customers.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Actively investigates their employees and customer&#39;s needs through effective questioning and listening skills. Delivers clear, concise presentations, training, standards and expectations with enthusiasm and passion that demonstrate knowledge of the business product and/or services.</li><li><strong>Negotiating:</strong> Exudes confidence and trustworthiness. Remains professional under pressure and demonstrates responsible decision - making in stressful or unexpected situations. Diffuses conflict in ways that create additional value and leads to new opportunities.
