This role plays a key part in ensuring GAAP‑compliant financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, improving close efficiency, and supporting scalable growth.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location &amp; Compensation</span></p>\n<p>Location: Moscow, Idaho</p>\n<p>Salary Range: $64,000 to $90,000, depending on experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process payroll, including multi‑state payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing</li>\n<li>Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation in accordance with U.S. GAAP</li>\n<li>Support payroll‑related compliance and audits</li>\n<li>Prepare GAAP‑compliant month‑end close schedules and assist with close activities</li>\n<li>Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li>\n<li>Provide backup support for AR/AP functions</li>\n<li>Review and troubleshoot work prepared by accounting staff</li>\n<li>Assist with intercompany processes and cross‑functional accounting support</li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements</li>\n<li>Support ERP administration and testing of new accounting processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance</li>\n<li>4+ years of accounting experience, including payroll and month‑end close</li>\n<li>Experience with multi‑state payroll</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP</li>\n<li>Familiarity with internal controls and SOX concepts</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>NetSuite experience required; advanced proficiency is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting intercompany accounting</li>\n<li>Experience with WIP / POC accounting under GAAP</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, reporting models)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role Matters</span></p>\n<p>This role helps:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting</li>\n<li>Strengthen internal controls and reduce key-person risk</li>\n<li>Improve the efficiency and quality of the month-end close</li>\n<li>Support audit readiness and scalable growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
