At Anywhere Talent, we don’t just connect businesses with talent—we create partnerships that drive success.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers</li>\n<li>Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews</li>\n<li>Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS</li>\n<li>Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses</li>\n<li>Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years recruiting experience (required)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)</li>\n<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Setup:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift</li>\n<li>Must have a computer with webcam and a smartphone</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary TBD at offer</li>\n<li>Bonus pay available</li>\n</ul>",
