We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives – and every team member plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care every step of the way.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Start Strong:</strong> Extensive orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our setting.</li>\n <li><strong>Opportunity for Advancement: </strong>Demonstrate your skills and dedication which could lead to potential full-time opportunities</li>\n <li><strong>Foster Well-being: </strong>We offer benefits which support the financial, work/life and emotional well-being of you and your family members.  <strong>Part time/Per Diem</strong> positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li><strong>Your Impact Matters:</strong> Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stocking needed daily supplies and processing daily deliveries. </li>\n <li>Other duties may include, but are not limited to, collecting daily charge data, entering and logging all charges for each department, ordering supplies, ordering and returning rental equipment, submitting invoices and moving equipment.</li>\n <li>Reviewing and restocking daily supplies in the nursing stations that are below par level.</li>\n <li>Receiving all facility supplies and making notations of the received amounts on the purchase orders.</li>\n <li>Handling inventory appropriately, rotating inventory continually and maintaining adequate inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Reviewing all invoices and reconciling invoices to packing slips and purchase orders.</li>\n <li>Verifying invoice charges for ordered and agreed rates.</li>\n <li>Coding invoice line items with general ledger accounts; maintaining and reconciling all incomplete purchase orders to invoices.</li>\n <li>Verifying all approval signatures per policies prior to processing invoices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and 10 key is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) years of experience as a Materials Tech is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in Materials and Central Supplies within a hospital preferred.</li>\n <li>Associate's degree preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>\n<p><em>We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including but not limited to the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the San Diego County Fair Chance Ordinance.  </em></p>",
