    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Tech!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Health Services Department at FCI/FSL Elkton- Lisbon, OH<strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong>Spectrum Healthcare Resources, a premier healthcare services provider, is seeking a dedicated civilian Pharmacy Tech for a potential opportunity at The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Lisbon, OH. </p>\n<p>If you're passionate about delivering top-quality care and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours of Performance:</strong>Monday to Friday, 0600-1700 (30 hours per week)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare prescription orders.</li>\n <li>Utilize BEMR to process orders.</li>\n <li>Verify prescription orders. </li>\n <li>Answer pharmaceutical questions as needed.</li>\n <li>Distribute medications at the pill line.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Pyxis machine.</li>\n <li>Inventory and stocking of pharmacy supplies.</li>\n <li>Check medications for expiration dates.</li>\n <li>Assist and monitor in the accountability of sharps.</li>\n <li>Assists Pharmacist in the proper disposal of expired and confiscated medication.</li>\n <li>General cleanliness and assist in orderly running of the Pharmacy area. </li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean and secure work area at all times. </li>\n <li>Perform quality assurance protocol weekly maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduation from a pharmaceutical tech program that qualifies for state licensure/certification.</li>\n <li>Three letters of reference</li>\n <li>Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination, TB Skin test of chest radiography, AHA CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
