    "description": "<p>We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to drive the acquisition of unsecured retail NPL portfolios in the Romanian market. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong network in the local collections industry and a proven track record in sourcing and closing NPL deals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will play a key role in expanding our presence in Romania by building strategic partnerships, presenting our cooperation models, and securing new portfolio acquisitions. The position offers a high level of ownership, clear performance targets, and the opportunity to directly impact business growth in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br>- Acquisition of unsecured retail NPL portfolios.<br>- Presentation of the company’s cooperation models: commission-based collection (pre-legal and legal collection).<br>- Active networking in the Romanian collections market, participation in industry events, and professional communities.<br>- End-to-end coordination of contract signing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br>- At least 3 years of experience in acquiring portfolios for pre-legal or legal debt collection, and/or buying/selling NPL portfolios.<br>- An active professional network and direct contacts with key players in the Romanian collections market, enabling accelerated acquisition of NPL portfolios.<br>- Fluency in Romanian and English.<br>- Location in Bucharest and readiness for business travel.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
