The Nurse Practitioner will implement treatment plans in</p>\n<p>coordination with the supervising physician and inform patients about the medical</p>\n<p>components of their treatment. The goal of this position is to be a key component of the</p>\n<p>integrated care team that provides high quality comprehensive care to each of our patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Mentor and conduct professional development activities in medical subjects relevant to the patient’s treatment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in all trainings as required by federal, state, local, and accrediting agencies and comply with all accrediting, federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and present training content for education on various medical topics relevant to substance use disorders and general good health practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform medical services within the scope of his/her education, training, and expertise.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure implementation of medical quality health standard for both patients and employees.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide medical input into overall program philosophy, treatment services, and patient care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide a response to emergency care providers when they require consultation for one of the program patients.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate whenever necessary with other physicians, clinics or hospitals participating in the treatment of program patients.</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend weekly treatment team meetings, as well as outside seminars and training.</p></li>\n <li><p>Hold a basic understanding of drug/alcohol abuse and addiction and keep updated on current drug abuse and treatment information.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop professional, helpful, and effective relationships with patients, team members, and constituents.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure treatment center meets all accreditation standards related to medical, health, and safety issues.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master’s degree or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Active state licensure (FNP/APRN/CNP/PMHNP)</p></li>\n <li><p>3 to 5 years’ experience preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment setting preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>D.E.A licensure as required by BrightView</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS AND PERKS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li>\n <li>Immediately vested and eligible in 401k program with employer match.  </li>\n <li>Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities. </li>\n <li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance. </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year in related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Ready to shape our future by bringing in top talent?
