With deep expertise across energy conservation, clean energy transitions, and sustainable practices, we offer a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of energy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Senior Mechanical Engineer in this position is required to provide advanced judgment and analysis techniques for the design development and technical analysis of various systems to suit individual client needs. This key role is responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of a project independently with other engineering disciplines and project management staff.  This person must also be capable of directing junior engineers and leading the day-to-day activity of a small team working on the project. Find your “why” at CHA!</p>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer License (PE) required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience is required</li>\n <li>Plumbing experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to practically apply best practices</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)</li>\n <li>Experience using Design Builder or similar load modeling software preferred</li>\n <li>Understands QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineering</li>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment; proven ability to lead a team</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences </li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office software required</li>\n <li>Active role in a professional engineering society/organization preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range:</h2>\n<p>$120,000 - $135,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. </p>\n<h2>Culture/EEO Statement:</h2>\n<p>At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
