You communicate effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>Previous Electrician experience and proficient in the installation of complex electrical systems.</li>\n<li>3+ years of supervisory experience and leading crews.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Competence in reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.</li>\n<li>Experience with Bluebeam.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer generous benefits, competitive compensation, paid time off, training and development, the opportunity for growth, a safe work environment, and the chance to work with a winning team in a great company culture.
