This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful, one-on-one <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">medical nutrition therapy (MNT)</span> and counseling to patients across Florida.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll work with patients managing chronic conditions, digestive health, weight concerns, and general wellness. This role offers clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans</li>\n<li>Deliver one-on-one counseling and follow-ups via HIPAA-compliant telehealth tools</li>\n<li>Accurately document all encounters in the EHR system</li>\n<li>Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinators</li>\n<li>Educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement use</li>\n<li>Stay current on evidence-based practices and telehealth standards</li>\n<li>Contribute to patient satisfaction and care quality improvement efforts</li>\n<li>Design and lead community-based nutrition education workshops enhancing awareness of healthy eating practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field</li>\n<li>Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)</li>\n<li>Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) license in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Florida State</span></li>\n<li>At least 1 year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD)</li>\n<li>Strong communication and tech literacy</li>\n<li>A secure remote workspace with high-speed internet</li>\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred / Huge Plus:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medicare and/or Medicaid provider enrollment</li>\n<li>Prior telehealth or digital health experience<br></li>\n<li>Specialty certifications (e.g., CDCES, renal nutrition, pediatric nutrition)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time Benefits Include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>Paid holidays and PTO</li>\n<li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n</ul>",
