You will lead the PMO unit, manage a portfolio of strategic projects from initiation through closure, and serve as the first point of escalation for PMO-related issues. We enjoy hosting in-person quarterly townhalls and social events throughout the year to encourage teambuilding and collaboration.  <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO processes, procedures, and templates to drive consistency and best practices across the team</li>\n<li>Manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Target billable utilization of 40-50%,</li>\n<li>Develop and optimize quarterly PS/PMO efficiency reports for senior leadership covering project health, CSAT, revenue forecast, gaps, and opportunities for improvement</li>\n<li>Accountable for leading, providing updates and reporting on internal initiatives</li>\n<li>Assign incoming projects to team members and oversee project set-up in Business Central, including invoicing and forecast projections</li>\n<li>Proactively flag project risks and escalate yellow or red-status projects to leadership for discussion and resolution</li>\n<li>Support month-end project tracking, revenue recognition, and reconciliation</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely time tracking for project resources to support forecasting and month-end processes</li>\n<li>Support resource forecasting, including soft and hard bookings, and support with scheduling visibility and planning</li>\n<li>Serve as the first line of PMO escalation for project process adherence and client escalations</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the program lifecycle</li>\n<li>Translate strategic goals into detailed workplans, ensuring teams have clear direction and prioritized tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of progressive program management experience, preferably in a cybersecurity or managed services environment</li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required; CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is an asset</li>\n<li>Degree in project management, business administration, or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills to negotiate resources, changes, issues, budgets, and timelines</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of PMI project management best practices and methodologies</li>\n<li>Effective communication, in both oral and written formats, with exceptional ability to build professional relationships</li>\n<li>Detail and results-oriented with a high willingness and motivation to learn</li>\n<li>Excellent organization and time management skills resulting in efficient execution of tasks</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting priorities to meet objectives</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop project management talent</li>\n<li>Cybersecurity industry knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p>At ISA Cybersecurity we lead with our \"Why\".
