Manage multiple land surveying projects, including boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys</p><p>2. Oversee survey field crews and office technicians, providing direction, scheduling, and quality control</p><p>3. Review and certify survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy and compliance</p><p>4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams</p><p>5. Prepare project proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules</p><p>6. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and surveying standards</p><p>7. Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, and other stakeholders</p><p>8. Mentor junior staff and support professional development</p><p>9. Implement and maintain safety standards for field operations</p><p>10. Other duties as assigned. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p>  </p><p>1. Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading teams</p><p>2. Strong knowledge of survey equipment, GPS, total stations, and data collection software</p><p>3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related surveying software</p><p>4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</p><p>5. Experience with drone/UAS surveying and LiDAR technologies</p><p>6. Familiarity with Wisconsin DOT standards and municipal requirements</p><p>7. Business development or client relationship experience </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field</p><p>2. 5–10+ years of progressive experience in land surveying</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>License or Certification Requirements:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>1. Valid driver’s license is required</p><p>2. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Wisconsin (required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>1.
