If you&#39;re inspired by the opportunity to impact the lives of the IDF soldiers, support wounded veterans, uplift bereaved families, and bring hope to a population of diverse ethnicities, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds, FIDF is for you!</p><p>FIDF is currently seeking a full-time Director for the North Texas Chapter to support and expand the Chapter. The Director serves as the senior leader of the North Texas Chapter responsible for driving fundraising growth, building and sustaining strong donor relationships, and increasing community engagement. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with local leadership and the national FIDF team to execute initiatives that support FIDF&rsquo;s mission.</p><p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong>Fundraising and Donor Relations (40%)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve annual and long- term revenue goals for the North Texas Chapter.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, community leaders, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts, working closely with donors to align their philanthropic interests with FIDF&rsquo;s mission and programs.</li><li>Lead the planning and execution of signature events, campaigns, and parlor meetings to engage new and existing supporters.</li><li>Work with lay leaders, affinity groups, and committees to expand FIDF&rsquo;s donor network.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership and Strategy (15%)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Provide visionary leadership to the North Texas Chapter team, fostering a collaborative, positive, mission-driven, and results-oriented culture.</li><li>Partner with the Regional VP and national leadership to develop strategic plans and align Chapter activities with organizational priorities.</li><li>Serve as the face of FIDF within the local community, representing the organization at events, board meetings, and public engagements.</li><li>Guide and mentor staff, setting clear goals and expectations, while supporting professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Board Relations (15%)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Manage the North Texas Chapter&rsquo;s operational functions, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with national policies.</li><li>Partner with the Chapter&rsquo;s lay leadership to ensure effective governance, strategic alignment, and donor stewardship.</li><li>Provide regular updates to local leadership and the national team on the Chapter&rsquo;s progress toward goals, emerging opportunities, and community trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Operations (15%)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Responsible for the fiscal management of the Chapter operating within the approved budget, focusing on top-line results while protecting bottom line.</li><li>Create donor research plans and stewardship programs.</li><li>Work with Planned Giving, Foundations, Finance, Marketing and Events, Human Resources, CRM staff and Business Information Technology to achieve Chapter goals.</li><li>Motivate, coach and supervise assigned staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Community Engagement (15%)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Cultivate new and existing donors, spotlighting the importance of stewardship.</li><li>Strengthen FIDF&rsquo;s presence and visibility through partnerships with synagogues, schools, community organizations, and other Jewish and non-Jewish institutions.</li><li>Promote FIDF&rsquo;s mission through participation in community events.</li><li>Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage the next generation of donors and leaders.</li></ul><p><br><u>&nbsp;<strong>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS</strong></u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Fundraising goal determined upon hire.</li><li>Develop and maintain 120 significant donor relationships</li><li>Develop and maintain 200 less significant donor relationships</li><li>Cultivate new and steward existing donors &gt;$5,000</li><li>Find and secure new donors &gt;$1,800</li><li>Collaborate with the Planned Giving and Foundations Department on planned giving and foundation prospects to support the Chapter&rsquo;s goals.
