Individuals may be expected to perform other duties as assigned, including working in other areas to cover absences or balance the workload. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Ensures the “Ranch Experience” for members and guests by maintain the established standards </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with member and/or guests</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Becomes knowledgeable in the line of products carried, their uses, prices, etc.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Maintains all certificates based on services offered and provided</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Performs all treatments on service menu based on current certifications</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Recommends products for home use with a minimum service to sales ratio of 25%</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Maintains highest level of nail care knowledge for both hands and feet</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Possesses proficiency in standard nail service of nail grooming, polish application, massage, and exfoliation</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Uses time efficiently throughout shift.
