We can't sponsor H1B.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Arcetyp LLC is looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).</span>This position is onsite and located in Okinawa, Japan.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: </span><br><em>Essential Job Functions:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Practice as an interdependent member of the health team and provide important components of primary health care through direct </span><span>social work services, consultation, collaboration, referral, teaching, and advocacy.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide direct and indirect services to both inpatients and outpatients in accordance with social work standards of practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Assess and treat outpatients in individual, group, couples, and family modalities exercising professional judgment and using a wide </span><span>range of social work skills to include individual and family counseling to assist patients and their families in dealing with chronic and </span><span>acute diseases/injuries.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs and resources (both family and community support). Provide </span><span>counseling to patient and family in matters directly related to patient limitations, adjustment to medical condition, and ongoing </span><span>treatment.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Develop and implement discharge plans, follow-up care, and transfers to other health care facilities (e.g., nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and VA facilities).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Plan and maintain referral and coordination services with civilian health and social service agencies to provide optimal patient care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide consultation services to medical, nursing, and ancillary hospital staff regarding psychosocial issues, discharge plans, and <span>follow-up care for patients and families.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide crisis intervention services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Respond independently, and with various media, to appropriate military and community requests for lectures and presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Take the initiative in seeking out opportunities to present programs to meet the needs of service members and their families</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Develop and maintain working relationships with community resources. Coordinate with teachers, lawyers, physicians, and <span>representatives of their service disciplines for the benefit of the service member and families.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Take initiative in identifying and assessing the needs of the military community and organize responses to address those needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in executing the Emergency Preparedness Plan (drills and actual emergencies) as scheduled by the MTF (typically <span>semiannually).</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in the implementation of the Family Advocacy Program as directed by government supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participation shall include, but not be limited to, appropriate medical examination, documentation, and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Attend and/or comply with all annual training classes required by the Command, to include but not limited to online annual training <span>provided by the MTF, disaster training, infection control, Sexual Harassment, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire and Safety, Chemical, </span><span>Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE), and all other required training.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Actively participate in the command’s Performance Improvement Program. Participate in meetings to review and evaluate the care <span>provided to patients, identify opportunities to improve the care delivered, and recommend corrective action when problems exist.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols, remaining calm, informing appropriate persons, <span>and documenting events. Anticipate potential problems/emergencies and make appropriate interventions.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Notify supervisor, director, or other designated person regarding problems that the HCW is unable to manage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Comply with the standards of The Joint Commission, applicable provisions of law, and the rules and regulations of any and all <span>governmental authorities pertaining to licensure and regulation of health care personnel and medical treatment facilities, the </span><span>regulations and standards of medical practice and the MTF’s medical staff bylaws.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in continuing education to meet own professional growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in the provision of in-service training to clinic staff members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide training and/or direction as applicable to supporting government employe¬es (e.g., hospital corpsmen, students, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Operate and manipulate automated systems such as CHCS, AHLTA, ADS, Essentris, and Clinical Information System (CIS), participate in <span>clinical staff Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk Management (RM) functions, as prescribed by the Commander.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Attend and participate in various meetings as directed by government supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The HealthCare Worker (HCW) shall comply with the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) privacy and security <span>policies of the treatment facility. Providers shall obtain/maintain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) in accordance with DOD and MTF </span><span>policy/instruction, as applicable. <a href=\"https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/</a></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation of patient care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain documentation of all treatment provided in accordance with clinic directives and prepare such records and reports as may be <span>required. All records and reports must be legible. Abbreviations must be only those listed in local instructions.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><em>Necessary Skills and Knowledge:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain a level of productivity comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Adhere to and comply with the Department of the Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and local instructions and notices in effect </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">during the term of the contract.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Practice aseptic techniques as necessary; comply with infection control guidelines to include the proper handling, storage, and disposal </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">of infectious wastes, and the use of universal precautions to prevent the spread of infection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Function with an awareness and application of safety procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Apply an awareness of legal issues in all aspects of patient care and strive to manage situations in a reduced risk manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Exercise awareness and sensitivity to patient/significant others' rights, as identified within the MTF.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain an awareness of responsibility and accountability for own professional practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain DoD email account as directed by government supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Exercise appropriate delegation of tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members, patient care, and </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">clinic activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Each HCW providing service under this contract or resultant task orders shall undergo an orientation and shall complete mandatory </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Navy and DoD on-line training as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Be able to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, Department of Defense, Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">and Surgery, and MTF instructions and policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently and maintain good communication skills with patients and </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">other health care personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">MINIMUM QUALFICATION:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Clinical Social Worker in any one of the fifty States, the District of </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">HCW shall be in good standing, and under no restrictions, with the state licensure board in any state in which a license is held or has </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">been held within the last 10 years </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">HCW shall be in good standing and under no sanction or suspension by the Federal Government.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess and maintain current certification in either the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Heart </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Association Healthcare Provider Course.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ability to pass all background/suitability checks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Successful completion of the Tri Service Internal Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) training or Tri Service Behavioral Health Care </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Facilitator (BHCF) training course.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The HCWs shall provide a minimum of 30 days of services prior to attending the training and must successfully complete the IBHC or </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">BHCF training within 90 days of performance under the task order.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A thorough understanding of the military lifestyle and experience working with military family members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Working knowledge of relevant military, state, federal, and local laws and resources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Highly developed written, oral, and presentation communication skills.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Min.
