The Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor in partnership with the Clinic Administrator, ensures implementation and success of organizational goals; organizes and coordinates the clinical environment, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Supervises 20 or more clinical FTEs and may include RN, LPNs, medical assistants and other unlicensed personnel. Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical leader of the healthcare team. In addition to the supervisory responsibilities, the Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor will provide patient care support in accordance with nursing scope of practice.This position requires providing services to all age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served.</p><h3 style=\"font-size: 14px; margin: 6px 0px;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3><p style=\"font-size: 12px; margin: 4px 0px;\"><strong>Education:</strong> 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree preferred</p><p style=\"font-size: 12px; margin: 4px 0px;\"><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required. Minimum of 2 year supervisory or lead experience required.</p><p style=\"font-size: 12px; margin: 4px 0px;\"><strong>Licensure:</strong> RN licensure in applicable state preferred.</p><p style=\"font-size: 12px; margin: 4px 0px;\"><strong>Additional Skills/Requirements Required:</strong> BLS required. Ability to successfully complete general and department role based specific skills validation and competency testing. Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, operate personal computer.
