This position involves assisting members with daily living activities, monitoring their health status, and providing support to nursing staff to ensure optimal member outcomes. The Certified Nursing Assistant serves as a link between members and the healthcare team, helping to maintain member comfort, dignity, and safety. Through direct member interaction, Certified Nursing Assistants contribute to the overall care plan by observing and reporting changes in member conditions promptly.
