    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Registered Nurse position is a licensed staff nurse and functions at the competent stage. The RN position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. The RN position provides direct patient care effectively and efficiently which may include patients with varied and complex needs. This position communicates and collaborates with the physicians and interprofessional health care team to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain compassionate, efficient, quality care and achievement of desired treatment outcomes. The RN position demonstrates clinical competence when providing care, using technology, administering medications, performing procedures, and managing emergencies, acting as a patient and family advocate to monitor and maintain patient rights. This position assumes leadership roles with progressive responsibility including but not limited to participating in or leading unit and shared governance initiatives, serving as preceptor to students or new employees, and possibly contributing to service line or hospital-wide initiatives in partnership with management.</p>\n<p>Our Operating Rooms utilize <strong>state-of-the-art surgical technology and robotics</strong> to support complex procedures and innovative surgical care, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Epic electronic health record (EHR) charting system</li>\n <li>Intuitive Surgical robotic platforms, including the Da Vinci DV5 (latest generation) supporting robotic procedures in Urology, General Surgery, and Gynecology</li>\n <li>Da Vinci SP (Single Port) robotic system utilized in ENT, Urology, and Colorectal/General Surgery procedures</li>\n <li>Orthopedic robotic surgical systems, including ROSA® and MAKO® platforms</li>\n <li>Advanced GI and Pulmonary endoscopy technology, including ION robotic bronchoscopy system for minimally invasive lung procedures</li>\n <li>Getinge T-DOC instrument tray tracking system for real-time surgical instrument management and sterilization tracking (similar to CensiTrac)</li>\n</ul>",
