In this role, you will play a key part in driving a high-quality recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent in the market. You’ll work closely with business leaders and stakeholders across Vietnam, providing strategic hiring guidance and ensuring best practices are applied throughout the recruitment journey. This role will be reporting to the regional Talent Acquisition Lead</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take charge of</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partnering with different hiring managers to screen, assess and deliver the recruitment needs across various functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offering negotiation to onboarding and ensuring successful new hire integration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing timely and constructive feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles and interview outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactively managing and engaging candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leading and executing campus recruitment activities targeting interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting employer branding efforts to strengthen talent attraction and improve conversion rates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparing and maintaining accurate recruitment reports, including weekly status updates and hiring dashboards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contributing to various ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 1-4  years of work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition, preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment are welcome to apply. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and the local talent markets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiar with various sourcing channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication skills and fluent English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good analytical acumen, including the ability to provide insights with data on the salary benchmarking, market competitiveness &amp;
