          "text": "<p>The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) provides a supervised, safe, therapeutic environment for the developmentally disabled, and/or mentally ill in long-term care and acute settings. This RN is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of both direct and indirect care. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the nurse delivers patient and community-centered care, advocating for patients and their families by acting as a liaison and upholding their rights and beliefs. Utilizing evidence-based medical practices, the RN effectively manages unexpected and emergent situations, promptly addressing and treating a variety of injuries and illnesses with professionalism and expertise.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is recruiting Psychiatric RNs to support our medical staffing projects in New Hampshire. RNs may work in temporary, short-term, or long-term jobs. Recruited personnel would be working alongside our clients’ teams in secured federal facilities, medically remote locations, industrial projects, or in acute and long-term care facilities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>Please apply in order to be added to our database and to be considered for current and future RN positions. Our recruiters will get in touch with you to check your availability, readiness, interest in the job and to provide you with more details regarding our vacancies.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct physical assessments of patients, including psychiatric or admissions.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans.</li><li>Participate in Treatment Team Meetings to maximize positive results through interdisciplinary care.</li><li>Administer medications and monitor their effects.</li><li>Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management.</li><li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.</li><li>Manage delegated tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).</li><li>Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.</li><li>Advocate for patient rights and ensure a safe treatment environment.</li><li>Initiate protocols for emergent situations where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or injury.</li><li>Respond to inquiries of family members, advocates and other interested parties, insuring adherence to the confidentiality laws, and HIPPA Regulations.</li><li>Testify in commitment hearing when found appropriate and necessary</li></ul><p><strong><em>This list is non-exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to undertake additional duties that are not specifically listed above. &#xa0;</em></strong></p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Basic Requirements/Certifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years' experience in <strong>inpatient</strong> Psychiatric Nursing.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in all other areas assigned.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Experience in an <strong>inpatient</strong> setting. Home health Psychiatric Nursing experience is <strong>not</strong> applicable.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Education Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed in New Hampshire and have no record of prior or pending disciplinary action against him or her by the licensure body or agency. New Hampshire is a member of the National Council of State Board of Nursing and participates in the multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).</li><li>Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 75 lbs.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Special Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.</li><li>US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.</li><li>Pass State of New Hampshire required background check. &#xa0;</li></ul>",
