Because healthcare is complex, highly regulated, and deeply personal, we intentionally hire leaders whose competencies align with our mission, values, and behavior standards.</p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p><p><strong>Hours Monday - Friday 0700-1530, 1.0 FTE</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Functioning as a liaison between laboratory and patients, the phlebotomist performs specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry and under supervision of the Laboratory Manager, limited laboratory testing. Responsible for blood collections, by venipuncture and capillary technique, and non-blood collections from patients of all age groups. Verifies patient identification and properly labels specimens to ensure patient safety.
