If you’re excited about enriching the lives of Seniors through nutrition and compassionate care, this is a fantastic opportunity!  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Start with 3 Weeks' Vacation and 3 Personal Days!  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Money toward continuing education events  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually </strong></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide clinical nutrition care to long-term care, and memory care. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conduct quality improvement initiatives such as test trays and meal rounds  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff support the food service operation as needed  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work collaboratively with onsite dining leadership  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
