This role uses data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient inventory planning and supply chain performance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Analyze inventory levels, turnover, demand trends, and stock movement to identify risks and opportunities</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service levels, carrying costs, and obsolescence</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Develop and monitor inventory forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, and business plans</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Investigate inventory variances, discrepancies, and root causes; recommend corrective actions</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Support cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile differences in inventory systems</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Generate regular inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and customer</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, customer, and operations teams to align supply and demand</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and propose disposition strategies</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Improve inventory processes, controls, and data accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Support ERP and inventory management systems, including data validation and system updates</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp;</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2&ndash;5 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or demand planning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. &nbsp;Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. &nbsp;Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. &nbsp;Ability to apply concepts of Statistical Methods.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
