    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Maintains the grounds and cleanliness outside and surrounding each building in accordance to the established quality and safety standards.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions Statement(s)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Constant patrol of all grounds to ensure all standards are met</li><li dir=\"auto\">Empty all trash cans and supply fresh can liner</li><li dir=\"auto\">Constant collection and gathering of trash &amp; debris/linen bags maintaining property clean</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleaning exterior buildings and walkways to ensure they are free of dust, debris, cobwebs etc. Excluding hallways, stairways, and doors.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleaning of grills around the property and reporting any maintenance needs to keep equipment working correctly</li><li dir=\"auto\">Sweeping and mopping of all landings and steps</li><li dir=\"auto\">Blowing/Sweeping of curbs, sidewalks and parking lot&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Pressure washing&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Responsible for maintaining and trimming plants and shrubs that are under 6 feet</li><li dir=\"auto\">Removing dead leaves from grounds</li><li dir=\"auto\">Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed</li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong>Previous housekeeping/groundskeeper experience&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Computer Skills:&nbsp;</strong>N/A</p><p><strong>Other Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>Must be able to use power tools (i.e. blower, pressure washer etc,).</p><p>Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",\"sans-serif\";'><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:115%;font-family:\"Arial\",\"sans-serif\";color:#414141;background:white;'>&ldquo;We&#39;re an equal opportunity employer.
