With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparation of <strong>pre-contract</strong> cost estimates and project cash-flow</li>\n <li>Preparation of <strong>tender</strong> documentation</li>\n <li><strong>Tendering</strong> process and tender evaluation</li>\n <li><strong>Post-contract</strong> administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report</li>\n <li>Finalization of project <strong>final accounts</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Available Roles at Macau Office</strong>:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Surveyors for Project Teams of Public &amp; Private Sectors at Macau Head Office</li>\n   <li>Site Surveyors</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Degree</strong> in Quantity Surveying</li>\n <li>Candidates with <strong>4 to 15 years</strong> of working experience in QS are preferred</li>\n <li>Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position</li>\n <li>Holder of <strong>MHKIS/ MRICS</strong>&nbsp;is preferred</li>\n <li>With <strong>technical knowledge</strong> – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law</li>\n <li>Candidates with<strong> pre-contract experience and consultancy background</strong> will have advantage</li>\n <li>Understand and familiar with <strong>professional practice and contract administration</strong> processes</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written <strong>English</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to communicate clearly spoken <strong>Cantonese</strong> and written <strong>Chinese</strong></li>\n <li>Able to work as a <strong>team player</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Arcadis?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
