    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position summary:</strong>&nbsp; Provides replacement parts support to our organization.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General Purpose:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;To assist customers (internal &amp; external) in obtaining replacement parts for the products we support. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role qualifications:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be knowledgeable on the equipment we support (material handling and construction types).</li><li>Must have excellent customer service attitude.</li><li>Must partner with sales and service teams to ensure effective response to customers.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Take phone calls for parts needs.</li><li>Fill customer and internal requests &ndash; check all resources if parts aren&rsquo;t in stock</li><li>Place requisitions for parts (via computer) as needed for customers.</li><li>Assist our technicians with their parts needs, to include helping them determine which parts are needed.</li><li>Pull parts from stock to fill orders.</li><li>Prepare parts quotes for outside customers &ndash; follow up to secure order.</li><li>Complete parts quotes for service jobs, forward to service department.</li><li>Assist walk-in customers with their parts needs.</li><li>Assist with the annual parts physical inventory.</li><li>If assigned, perform physical inventory of road vans and/or Consignments.</li><li>Back up other parts counter staff.</li><li>Performs other duties or projects as assigned by Regional Parts Mgr.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential skills and experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrated customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Good computer proficiency</li><li>Commitment to company vision and mission</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Nonessential skills and experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Awareness of lean business principles</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reporting to this position:</strong>&nbsp; No direct reports</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical demands and work environment:</strong>&nbsp; The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><em>Physical demands:</em>&nbsp; Employee is required to frequently sit, walk, talk, and listen. &nbsp;Employee is required to frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls, including computer and other office equipment. &nbsp;Employee must often stand and walk, and lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Appropriate material handling equipment should be used to lift or move items that are heavy or bulky. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li><li><em>Work environment: &nbsp;</em>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (general office area); however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to noisier shop environments. &nbsp;When performing duties of this job, it is a requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment whenever appropriate.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;#Other123</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
